GMB Fitness is coming your way from Scotland to help you build the strength, flexibility and control you need to move however you want with confidence and joy.
Scotland-based GMB Trainers Gayle Pocock, Gerry Higgins and Rob Westra will put their unique backgrounds, specialties, wicked humour and zest for movement to work for you, teaching you to leverage play, exploration and full-body awareness to master your body’s ability to move.

Explore Bear, Frogger, and Monkey: 3 key locomotive patterns that are incredible for developing full-body strength, flexibility and control.
4 pm – 7 pm
Workshop Two: GMB Fitness Integral Strength
Build strength you can use with bodyweight exercises that will not only make you stronger—they’ll improve your mobility too. That translates directly to the activities you love.
